Fabric Light
An early experiment for a pendant light using a circle of cotton to create a sculptural light diffuser. The shade form is created by pinning the cotton circle to the simple spoke structure and adding a plumb bob–like weight to the centre. The circular cotton shade has a serge-stitched edge, eight button holes, and a computer-stitched hole at the centre.
